Our 24/7 HR advice line answers day-to-day questions by phone; Compass Onsite is for the work that needs someone in the room.

What kind of onsite HR support can an Employment Compass adviser provide at my workplace?

Common onsite work includes performance and disciplinary meetings, workplace investigations and staff interviews, manager training, policy roll-outs and keeping HR consistent across your sites.

Can your HR adviser sit in on disciplinary or performance meetings with my staff?

Yes. Your adviser can help you plan the meeting, attend or run it, keep it fair and on track, take notes and prepare the outcome letter afterwards.
