Sexual harassment is any unwelcome sexual behaviour, which could be an advance or request for sexual favours, or any other unwelcome conduct of a sexual nature towards another person.
Sexual harassment includes a range of behaviours where someone makes unwelcome sexual advances or comments. It's not just about physical actions, it can also be verbal or non-verbal, like making suggestive remarks or jokes or inappropriate staring. For it to be considered sexual harassment, it should be reasonably expected that the person on the receiving end would feel offended, humiliated or intimidated.
